    Customs Hours 工作时间        周一 - 周五 09：00-17：00      菲律宾处于GMT+8，和北京时间相同。

    不可接受的货物         酒类         支票， 现金         活体动物         贵金属和珠宝         易腐烂的物品        钟表    高低价值划分 

        小于等于499美元为低价值，高于此金额为高价值，但是低价值并不意味着免收关税。

    Please note that all importers are required to registered first with customs thru CAS  (customs accreditation secretariat)， prior to shipments arrival. Shipments will incur   big delay, penalty & shall not be allowed processing of documents at customs if they     Send out their shipments without this accreditation.

    所有的进口商需要在海关秘书处注册，在货物到达之前，如果收货人没有注册，货物将会有大的延

    误，罚金。

        1 - Advertising, Annual reports, Books, Brochures, Computer printouts, Magazines, Newspaper

            广告品，书面报告，书，宣传手册，电脑打印品，杂志和报纸，如果超过5公斤（11磅），必须提供商业发票

        2 - Coins - require clearance from Central Bank of the Philippines, Dept of Foreign Affairs and   Department of Finance.

            货币进口需要菲律宾中央银行外事部的许可 

        3 - Wood - require clearance from the Department of Energy and National Resources and   Bureau of Plant and Industry.

            木头进口需要在国家资源和能源部和工业和植物局的许可下才能进口 

        4 - Drugs, for personal consumption require doctor's prescription. Drugs, commercial   in quantity - require Bureau of Food and Drugs clearance.

            药物进口到菲律宾 

                个人使用，需要医生的处方和说明 

                商业性的出口，收货人需要提供食物和药品局的许可。 

        5 - Film, - clearance from Video gram Regulatory Board required.

            电影进口到菲律宾需要相关部门的许可。 

        6 - Chemicals: samples limited up to 2kgs; more than 2kgs, requires Dangerous Drug Board clearance。

            仅仅限于2公斤，超过2公斤按照危险品来清关

        7 - Textiles import into PH, the newly formed Garments and Textile Development Office   (GTDO) which took over some of the functions Garments Textile export Board, customs  without any clearance or permit, but the consignee should register in customs and pay  duties if possible.

            新成立的纺织服装发展办公室取代了以前纺织部的部分职能，目前对纺织品没有限制，但是收货人必须在海关注册，同时在必要的情况下支付关税

        8 - All arms, ammunitions, weapons or items of the same nature will require permit  from Philippine National Police.

            所有枪支武器等类似性质的物品进口需要菲律宾国家警察局的许可。 

        9 - USD500.00 and above - or weight over 200kgs/shipment will be cleared via Formal  Clearance as freight mode.

            申报价值大于等于500美金的包裹或者单票货物重量超过200公斤，需要通过普货正是报关来进口
